Feed Grinder Introduction

It is a machine used to shred material into fine particles (size reduction). It is used for grinding raw materials by large and medium livestock and aqua feed mills. It can also be used for grass and pharmacy fine grinding. The granular raw materials, such as corn, sorghum, wheat, beans, etc can be grinded; What's more, we have serveral models of hammer machines which been applied in many industries, including:Milling grain, Ethanol plants (corn), Sawmills, size reduction of trim scrap and planer shavings into boiler fuel or mulch, A farm machine, which mills grain into coarse flour to be fed to livestock.

 

 

Feed Hammer Mill Features

1.It is simple structure, safe, dependable, easily mounting and convenient operation, low vibration, high output;
2.Steel plate welded structure; motor and rotor are mounted on same base plate;
3.The moving full-wide operation door facilitates maintenance and replacing of beater;
4.The inlet is on top of machine for easy operation.
5.The right aspiration can make materials go through screen quickly, reduce temperature of grinding chamber and increase output effectively.
6.The imported products are used for key parts, resulting in long service life and low maintenance cost;

 

Feed Hammer Mill Main Parts

FDSP provides professional technical support, customer service and parts availability ¡ª including a full selection of roller compactor and hammer mill parts, such as rotors, hammer screens,bearing,slieve plate. Hammer mills screens are used inside a hammer mill to seperate particle sizes. Particle of small diameter that has been grinded by the hammer mill passes through the screen and leaves the hammer mill with the aid of the pneumatic system. Hammer mill screens for grinding and mixing feed with screens in various perforation sizes are now available direct from FDSP .
